Do you ship across India?

Yes -- we currently ship to addresses across India. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All orders are paid securely through Razorpay's checkout, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We don't currently offer cash on delivery.

Do I need to verify my phone number to place an order?

Yes. At checkout we verify your WhatsApp number with a one-time code before you can pay -- so we can reach you about your order, and so nobody can check out using a number that isn't theirs.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every order comes with a GST-inclusive invoice showing our GSTIN, viewable and downloadable any time from your order confirmation page.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

What is your return / replacement policy?

As each piece is handcrafted, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous, unedited unboxing video (starting before the parcel is opened) as proof, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
